This piece is a reminder to myself and whoever needs to hear it that it is ok to take this period of time to rest, rejuvenate and listen to our bodies. With the new cycle and the new moon comes a time to shed what is no longer serving us and have a small rebirth. You need to take the rest to allow for the growth.
