"There is nothing good or bad but thinking makes it so" - William Shakespeare

Our brains try to keep us safe and conserve our evergy by repeating negative thought patterns.  This lens we put on top of our situation, whatever it might be, changes the way we perceive our situation.  Our brain wants to reject putting on a more rose colored lens, but slowly over time we train ourselves to think about something in a more positive  way.  New neural networks will form and it will get easier to let the light in.

This beautifullly stitched piece if full of light and ready to be let in.
